This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads nothing from third-party servers. That is why there is no consent banner. What is still processed is listed here.

Principles
- No cookies, no local storage, no analytics or statistics services.
- No embedded third-party content (no videos, maps or social media widgets).
- Fonts and all other files are served from this server. Opening the site makes no connection to any other provider.
- Links to external websites are recognisable as such. Their providers' own policies apply to any processing there.
Server log files
The website runs on my own infrastructure, not at a hosting provider. For technical reasons the web server logs, for every request, the IP address, date and time, the requested address, the referrer, and browser and operating system. These data serve solely the secure operation of the website and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted automatically after seven days and are not merged with other data.
Contacting me
If you write to me by e-mail or call me, I process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, for general enquiries Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Disclosure
Data are not passed on to third parties unless I am legally obliged to do so.
Your rights
You have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the one responsible for me is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
